Vision

Native plant communities are thriving on California’s working and natural lands as a result of cost-effective restoration
and regenerative agriculture projects. These efforts are enhancing biodiversity and building the resilience
of California’s ecosystems and surrounding communities in the face of climate change.

Mission

The CNSSC exists to amplify the voices of the many organizations and practitioners who want to see more natives integrated into California’s rapidly changing landscape.
We do this by increasing awareness, communication, and collaboration across disciplines, industry sectors and public agencies.
Through this collaborative education and advocacy work, we will help increase the availability and affordability of regionally appropriate native ecotypes.
